We are pleased to announce that effective September 1st , 2019 Tesla Magnetics Inc. is acquired by ABC Taiwan Electronics Corp(Taipei Exchange:ABC 3236). This is a very exciting
event for both companies, for our employees and our customers. ABC Taiwan Electronics Corp has a clear vision and ambition and that is to be a global company in passive component
industry. Our aspiration is to be a company that can supply end to end solutions from products all the way through to service and technical advice for high tech industry.

Tesla Magnetics Inc. is a private company located in Santa Clara, CA, USA. Tesla provide quality product and prompt services to major high tech companies in the Silicon Valley and bay
area. Tesla is a long-term R&D, marketing and product partner of ABC. We are excited to have Tesla as part of ABC to further expand our business in the USA. We will provide wider range of
products selection with short lead time and local support in the Asia and USA to facilitate the need for logistics and supplier chain management for our valued customers.

We are building a new company with enhanced experience and expertise. Our Acquisition will create a more comprehensive infrastructure with faster response time to get prepared for ever
changing trade or technical issues.

During September/October 2019 the transition to our new business and branding will begin.We
are confident that it will bring ABC to advance in the technology world.

千如公司的目標與願景，一直就是希望成為一個不停成長的國際性的被動元件廠商，我們期待能成為一個為客戶提供磁性元組件全方位方案的公司，從提供品質優良的產品開始到發展成為客戶專業的服務與技術夥伴。此一資產取得為合作雙方員工、客戶，以能帶來更多選擇、資源，以及持續的服務。

Tesla Magnetics Inc. 是位於美國加州聖塔克拉拉的私人企業，一直為矽谷以及舊金山灣區的高科技公司提供優良的產品與快速的服務；ABC 作為Tesla Magnetic Inc長期的生產、行銷及研發的夥伴，今天更進一步與Tesla Magnetics 取得合作，希望能更有計畫的擴展千如電子集團在美國的品牌接受度與行銷網。
