Taiwan Headquarters Yangmei Plant II B Building Material Factory Inauguration and C Building Smart Factory Beam-Raising Ceremony
On June 5th at Taiwan HQ, Francis Fan, President of ABC-ATEC Electronics Group, presided over the B Building Material Factory Inauguration and C Building Smart Factory Beam-Raising Ceremony with company executives and colleagues at Yangmei Plant II. With the Group's vision of "annual revenue reaching NT$10 billion within ten years," the Group has commenced the expansion of production facilities to meet the annual target revenue of ten billion New Taiwan Dollars. The colleagues present prayed for the smooth progress of construction, equipment installation, testing, and mass production.
The B Building Material Plant of Yangmei Plant II is a milestone in the establishment and deepening of the Group’s materials technology, with the development of the metal powder spray pelletizing process through innovative technology. The water-soluble resin is utilized as the main agent instead of conventional solvent-based resin used in the industry, which can reduce the occurrence of occupational safety hazards in the working environment. The centrifugal spray pelletizing process allows the slurry to atomize and turn into full spherical powders, resulting in smoother powder flow in the later stage of the filling process, and optimizing the production process to provide high quality products.
The C Building of Yangmei Plant II is planned to be a green building combined with smart manufacturing technology, centered on sustainability and energy efficiency, and a major milestone for the Group’s expansion plans. In response to the recovery of global market demand after the COVID-19 epidemic and the change of transmission architecture in the 5G era, the Group has kickstarted advance deployment and planned for future development. ABC-ATEC focuses on the introduction of artificial intelligence (AI) and automatic optical inspection (AOI) automated systems, process rationalization, and assembly line optimization to improve quality stability and shorten the process and delivery time to accelerate the Group's 10-year, NT$10 billion goal.
In the face of the increasingly challenging environment, President Francis Fan encourages all employees to work together to establish product competitiveness and actively enter the 5G smart mobile communications market, so as to support a long-term development plan for the growth of 20% to 25% in annual revenue. The Group is taking steady and confident steps to build a more solid foundation, continuing to enhance "corporate innovation and growth," and create a new model of profit growth to create a new outlook for the future.
