ABC-ATEC was honored with the 2024 SGS Sustainability Social Award
ABC-ATEC has actively engaged in corporate social responsibility (CSR), and its efforts have been recognized with the prestigious "ESG Awards: Sustainability Social Award."
On October 30, 2024, SGS held annual awards ceremony and industry forum at the Taipei Marriott Hotel, honoring companies with outstanding achievements in quality management, sustainability, and digital transformation. The event featured the presentation of the ISO Plus Awards, ESG Awards, and IT Awards, recognizing companies for their pursuit of excellence and innovation.
ABC-ATEC has long been engaged in social issue, with deep-rooted efforts in promoting academic and cultural development. To support the growth of academic research in Taiwan, ABC-ATEC has signed numerous industry-academia collaborations with National Taipei University (NTPU), and sponsors the annual industry-academia conferences. Furthermore, it support NTPU in hosting the Global Corporate Sustainability Forum (GCSF), taking tangible actions to uplift the academic community and enhance the quality of research. Guided by the ABC-ATEC philosophy, "A joyful society is the foundation of industries that move the world, and artistic and cultural activities inject society with emotional and dynamic vitality, which is the source of creative living and industries," continuously promoted cultural development. In 2023, we fully supported the Tainan Art Museum by sponsoring two major exhibitions, injecting creative energy into society.
Regarding employee welfare, ABC-ATEC is actively cultivated a friendly workplace environment, including nursing room, parking spaces for pregnant employees, and adjusted night shifts schedules female employees thrive in their careers. In the mean time, ABC-ATEC places high importance on talent development, providing employees with multi-stage career growth plans, including training programs tailored to different career stages, helping employees strengthen their skills and enhance their competitiveness.
In the field of safety and health, ABC-ATEC is committed to creating a healthy workplace by establishing an Occupational Safety and Health Committee, to safeguard physical and mental well-being of employees and maintain a safe work environment. The company also provides annual health services, monitoring, and health seminars to raise employee awareness of wellness. These efforts have been recognized with the "Badge of Accredited Healthy Workplace" from the Health Promotion Administration (MOHW) and the "Performance Company in Healthy and Sustainable Workforce" from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (MOL), underscoring ABC-ATEC commitment to employee health and safety.
Looking ahead, ABC-ATEC will continue to uphold its vision of "mutual prosperity and shared success," deepening its efforts in ESG, promoting diversity and inclusion, and contributing to the creation of a more inclusive and resilient society through education and resource investment.
